Join the Jericho Road and Allowah team! We’re looking for a skilled Finance/Business Manager to support the Director of Finance & Operations. This role is crucial to ensuring strong financial management and business growth across Jericho Road, Allowah, and their services.

Would you like to use your finance expertise to make a real difference in the lives of kids, young adults, and those in need?

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Management of the finances of Jericho Road and its business units, including Allowah
  • Developing and managing annual budgets
  • Monthly financial reporting and monitoring key financial KPIs
  • Assisting with the submission of grant applications and required financial reporting
  • Managing the accounts payable and receivable function
  • Leading and participating in process improvement initiatives
  • Assisting program managers with the development of new and existing service offerings

Relevant professional qualifications are required (e.g., CPA, CA, or finance/business degree).

Casual – Dundas Valley | Shifts available 7 days per week, 06:00 – 13:00 and 15:30 – 18:30.

We’re looking for someone to join our amazing Kitchen & Formula Room team! Would you like to make a difference in kids’ lives? Do you have a willingness to learn? If you’re keen to work in an environment that supports some amazing children and young adults to get the nutrients they need to flourish, then this is the job for you!

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • measuring, decanting and mixing formulas from client-specific recipes for daily feeds
  • preparation of food including main meals, snacks & desserts
  • cooking meals as required from pre-established recipes
  • ensuring dietary requirements are adhered to for clients
  • cleaning / washing up as required

On-the-job training is provided for applicants. This position would suit someone seeking to work 1 shift a week, with increased shifts during busy periods such as school holidays.

Disability Support Workers – Allowah is seeking a number of Support Workers to join our vibrant team and help clients fulfil their potential!

Location: Allowah – Dundas Valley, Sydney

Are you a therapy, teaching, psychology, nursing, social work, disability support worker student or someone with experience in working with children or in the area of disability? Or would you like to gain experience?

As a Support Worker, you will provide disability supports including NDIS and in-house support within Allowah including daily care, School Holiday programs, weekend programs, events and other community access activities. You will support the Coordinator/ Manager with community access, visitor engagement and events. You will support clients to achieve their goals, enjoy life, make friends and thrive.

Allowah offers quality allied health therapies to children, teenagers and young adults with complex disabilities and medical needs – as NDIS clients using Allowah Disability Support Services. We have a growing demand for delivery of NDIS supports within the community and at Allowah.

Our allied health team aims to include: physiotherapy, speech pathology, dietetics, occupational therapy and behavioural support.
