Public Transport

Catch a train to Eastwood Station (T9 Line) or Parramatta Station (T1, T2, T5, T7 Lines).
From either station, catch the 545 Bus and alight at Terry Road (near NSW Corrective Services).
Walk 5 minutes to Allowah on the Perry Street cul-de-sac.

Parking

There is an accessible carpark out the front of Allowah that families are welcome to use.
There is also a limited amount of on-street parking on the Perry Street cul-de-sac.

What to do if you are worried

If you are ever concerned about your child, please talk to the Nurse in charge. If you are still concerned, you can ask to talk to the Director of Nursing immediately.

Got a suggestion, compliment or complaint?

We love to hear what you think… so if you have a compliment, complaint or suggestion, please let us know. You can do that in person, or by completing the below form which will be emailed to our Chief Executive Officer, Elizabeth McClean.

Elizabeth will follow up as appropriate and will get back to you within 7 days. If you are not satisfied with our response we will make a time to meet in person.

Acknowledge a staff member

We often hear of staff members who have gone the extra mile to provide the very best of care, support or service to the Allowah kids and their families. They’ve thought ‘What’s one more thing we can do?’ and have made it happen.

You can nominate a staff member for the ‘What’s One More Thing’ Award that acknowledges their dedication and service to the Allowah community.
