Support Coordination

Tine Shumba

Support Coordinator

Tine has been working with Allowah since January 2023. She has a Bachelors in Psychological Science, and has extensive work in disability support which helps equips her to connect with participants in a way that recognises that every individual’s needs are unique. Tine finds the most joy in her role when she perseveres to secure the best outcomes for her participants, whether it’s obtaining funding or connecting them with the right support. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and two little children, engaging in activities like outdoor walks, indoor play, and arts and crafts.

Fatima Saab

Support Coordinator

Working with Allowah since January 2021, Fatima has a background in social work, with experience as a case worker focusing on families and child protection. She also worked as a Disability Support Worker, gaining firsthand insights into empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives. This experience shapes her current role, where she connects clients with providers who understand their unique needs and goals. As a mother of two, Fatima enjoys spending time with her kids, and enjoy being outdoors, going on walks and exploring nature together with them.
